RETURN / EXCHANGE

Every 7-8perfume 30ml bottle purchased from 7-8perfume.com includes a 2ml sample of the same fragrance to try at home. Once you receive the order, please use the sample vial before opening the full-size product. If it doesn`t smell like you, we can only accept returns or exchanges on UNUSED fragrance bottles within 30 days of receiving your order. The sample stays with you. :) Please notice that there is a $8.00 flat rate for return shipping.

The Discovery Set is the FINAL SALE.

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product shows signs of opening or use. 

 

DAMAGED ITEM

Your purchase should arrive in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@7-8perfume.com within 7 days of purchase. Any faulty items reported outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you.

 

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM

If you've accidentally ordered the wrong perfume, please immediately contact our support at info@7-8perfume.com with your order number.
Once the shipping process has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order, and you will not be eligible to return, refund, or exchange your order, subject to your consumer law rights.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM 

If you have received a product that isn't what you ordered, please take a photo of the item and contact our support at info@7-8perfume.com within 7 days of delivery. 

 

ALLERGIC REACTION 

In the extremely rare instance that you've had an allergic reaction to a product, discontinue use immediately and contact our support at info@7-8perfume.com. Please ensure that you read our full ingredient listing on each product page when making your purchase. All allergy-related returns must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund.
